Today Google is updating the PageRank. This site got its first PageRank, which is PR4. My other site, My Interesting Files up from PR3 to PR4. And Must Read Files drop from PR2 to PR0. Maybe because I’m doing Paid Post over there.

But according to Garry Conn, it’s not the final result. The update process will takes up to a few days. Google has many servers, and the update has to roll across their entire network. So it’s possible if today you found your PageRank increased and couple of days later you found it decreased, or the other way around.

We have to admit that the changes of the PageRank can affect our mood. Some of them are upset and swear at google, some will jump for joy. But there’s nothing we can do to change it but to accept and try our best to increase our PageRank in the next update.
