Mimique : Customize Your Cellphone As You Wish

Posted by Dunn on September 21, 2008 – 4:05 pm -

One day, all mobile phones will turn into this, or at least that is our expectation.

Mimique, a cellphone concept by RKS Design, can be adjusted according to your wants. Thank’s to the new Android open-source cellphone software which will allow you to download features and skins.

With downloadable upgrades, you won’t need to buy a new phone to get new features. And the skins will allow you to change the graphic to match your mood or preferences.

If efficiency is your cup of tea, set it up, so that cellphone is user friendly. And if you are in creative mood, set the menu so that not many people would know how to use it. This is a promising future technology of mobile phones…

Neat idea… I hadn’t thought of this one yet. I’ll be happy when I can get a small laptop that can hold everything – except maybe my phone.. I like the new mini laptops that are out,but I could do even smaller as a general, everyday, toss in the purse kind of thing to take place of ipod, ebook reader, pda, etc. Then maybe a bluetooth and use it as phone too? An fm transmitter to plug it into the car for music… lol.. just give me *1* multipurpose electronic and I’ll be happy!

I like how slim the phone is! Anything to lighten my load of heavy stuff weighing me down is fine with me!
