@ BioTeck: You can turn it on in Outlook yes, but then the recipient will have to confirm it.

Hmm.. This is pretty cool to use for your Hotmail of Gmail account.
For your Outlook: i thought that there’s a standard feature which you can turn on and which notifies you if someone had opened/read your email.

Sometime i use ReadNotify to notice me that email is read.
