Yesterday I just upgraded to WordPress 2.6, using WordPress Automatic Upgrade Plugin, installed in my WordPress by Rahul from Devils Workshop. Thank’s bro. This plugin is really helpful. It took me only about 10 minutes to upgrade my WordPress.

Anyway, after upgraded to WordPress 2.6, I found problem while trying to insert the image to the post. Uploading the images was successful. But after went through the whole crunching routine, the thumbnail did not appear and when i inserted the image into the post, nothing showed up either.

I searched the WordPress Forum for the solution and I found it, posted by procdaddy :

“i put in the full url to the images folder and that seems to have fixed the issue!”

And it did solved the problem. I can insert the image as usual.

So if anyone had experienced the same problem like me after installing WordPress 2.6, try the above method. I hope it works with you as well.
